Special Award in Electronics and Development Technology
Finished his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the Cebu Institute of Technology in 1961 and completed his Civil Aeronautics at the Manila Int’l airport. After working with Air America in Laos, he moved to California working his way up from Manager, Quality Assurance to Technical Specialist of Boeing International Space Station Program prior to his retirement in 2001.
