- As part of a Filipino University, the Guidance Program of ADZU Grade School seeks to assist the pupils in appreciating his/her cultural heritage and enhance the child’s understanding of his/her abilities, potentials, aptitudes, and interests and to deepen her/his awareness of the country’s emerging global society.
- As part of a Catholic University, the Guidance Program of the ADZU Grade School assists the pupils in developing Christ-like values and attitudes of a socially concerned Christian respectful of different religious convictions.
- As part of a Jesuit University, the Guidance Program of the ADZU Grade School aims to promote sound student-faculty, administration, and parent-teacher relationship through care and concern and humble service for others.
