HOW TO BUILD A STARTUP

UDACITY
Our mission is to bring accessible, affordable, engaging, and highly effective higher education to the world. We believe that higher education is a basic human right, and we seek to empower our students to advance their education and careers. Education is no longer a one-time event but a lifelong experience. Education should be less passive listening (no long lectures) and more active doing. Education should empower students to succeed not just in school but in life. THEIR STORY
Udacity was born out of a Stanford University experiment in which Sebastian Thrun and Peter Norvig offered their "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" course online to anyone, for free. Over 160,000 students in more than 190 countries enrolled and not much later, Udacity was born. Now we're a growing team of educators and engineers on a mission to change the future of education by bridging the gap between real-world skills, relevant education, and employment. Our students will be fluent in new technology, modern programming, science, and critical thinking. They will marry skills with creativity and humanity to learn, think, and do.

Synthesis
The Online class is composed of 8 lessons, with exercises in between lessons to test our understanding of each topic. The whole class is based on developing the right Business Plan Model for a startup, most of the examples given are technology based innovations which is prone to changes and rejection. This somehow gave us a background on marketing and at the same time allow us to look back and think of some improvement we could have made in the projects we have developed in our previous subjects, to make it somehow marketable.
