On-Going Project:

1. Conversion of GS AVR 2, BC 206 & BC 207 into a Nursing Review Center with a sitting capacity of around 300  person. This center can also be utilized into a function rooms when not in use by the College of Nursing.

In-Coming Projects:

1. Renovation of LRC 307 formerly offiice of the ACRO and Real World into a classroom for the Graduates.

2. Renovation of LRC 414 into a module rooms for School of Medicine.

3. Construction of the Waiting Shed and Guard House at the WHK Campus in Tumaga.

4, Renovation of the existing bodega at the back of Formation Center into a centralize warehouse under the Property Custodian Office.
