The Center offers various services to support the IT needs and requirement of the university.
A. Help Desk Support and Computer Repairs – accepts computer job requests, gives computer repairs and updates inventory of all computers in the campus. This involves the maintenance of approximately 700+ PCs.
B. Access to Computer Laboratories – maintains laboratories for access by student using allocated access hours.
C. Systems Development – develops software with the directive to optimize efficiency, integrate data/information and minimize overhead cost in different offices of the University.
D. Network Infrastructure – builds and maintain local and wide area network of the university ensuring free access to file systems, Internet, and Intranet infrastructure of the university.
