The College Admissions and Aid Office is a service-oriented unit that actualizes the Ignatian tradition of Magis and Cura Personalis through excellent work ethic and personal care shown through the friendly, prompt, and courteous service that it gives to its clientele (students, parents, faculty & staff, and visitors).

What we do

Implement Admission Policy for the different colleges and schools
Facilitate enrollment of new students (First year and transfer students)
Facilitate Academic Program & shifting of students
Conduct Recriutment Campaign / visits within Zamboanga City and Zamboanga Peninsula
Process College Entrance Test applications and results
Administer the College Entrance Test in Zamboanga City and Provincial Testing Centers
Run the Ateneo Senior Summer Program (ASSP)
Process Scholarship Applications
Conduct Performance Evaluation of Scholars

College Entrance Test Schedules

(For Freshmen SY 2024-2025)

HOW TO APPLY FOR ADZU COLLEGE ENTRANCE TEST

Go to https://admissions.host.adzu.edu.ph/ and fill up the online application form.
Screenshot the code found at the end of the online application page.
Proceed to the AdZU College Admissions and Aid Office to get the test permit and pay for the entrance exam fee at the Finance Office

Bring the following with you when you go to the College Admissions and Aid Office:

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

New Students

1. Original Report Card (Form 138)
2. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
4. College Entrance Test Result (RTCU)

Transferees

1. Original Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
2. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Original copy of TOR
4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
5. College Entrance Test Result (RTCU)

HOW TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP

1. Fill up a scholarship application form and attach the following requirements (The application form is available at the College Admissions and Aid Office or you may download it here (link of the application form).

Requirements:

Scholarship application form
Detailed personal statement about the need for a scholarship grant/financial aid for your son/daughter/ward
Clear copy of the most recent INCOME TAX RETURNS (of applicant’s parents or guardians)
A copy of the applicant’s Senior High School card
Letter of recommendation from an Imam(for muslims), Pastor(for non-catholics) or the Parish Priest (for Catholics)
Detailed sketch of your residence (house number, street, and other landmarks)
A copy of the applicant’s latest electric bills/receipts for the past three months

2. Submit it to the College Admissio ns and Aid Office or email to admissionsandaid@adzu.edu.ph.
