We would like to thank the members of the University community for the feedback on the conduct of some of the security guards. Rest assured that appropriate actions have been taken.

We welcome and encourage your feedback. To help us focus on specific problem areas and identify better ways to improve our services, we would appreciate the provision of these additional information by calling USO’s local number (1015) or through an email to our University Security Chief,               Mr Francis Jay S Llenado (llenadofrs@adzu.edu.ph):

           Name of the guard/s involved (if available)
           Date and time of the incident
           Location (gate, building, etc)

Also, we take this opportunity to ask for your support and cooperation in the implementation      of the security protocols and procedures. The following, among others, can be found                     in our webpage (www.adzu.edu.ph/index.php/protocols.html)

         Vehicle inspection protocol
         No ID no entry policy
         Campus lockdown
