Requirements for application are as follows:

2.) Letter of Request addressed to:
FR RENE C TACASTACAS SJVice President for Higher EducationAteneo de Zamboanga University
2.) Scanned copy of Electricity Bill from May to July 2020.
3.) Scanned copy of Parents’/Guardian’s Income Tax Return (ITR) or Barangay Certificate of Indigency
Email your requirements to studentleadership@adzu.edu.ph or drop off hard copies at Gate 1, Salvador Campus, La Purisima St c/o Sitti Chua.
Deadline of application is on September 5, 2020.
