Smoking is prohibited inside the ADZU campuses in accordance with Section 5 of RA 9211 and DepEd order #48 s. 2016. This smoking ban includes canteens, toilets, outdoor spaces and vehicles parked inside the university premises.
Smoking in and on the premises, buildings and grounds of the university shall be penalized in administrative proceedings as Simple or Grave Misconduct (Section 5.I.1, of DepEd Order # 48 s. 2016).
