The College Guidance and Counseling Office of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University is a serving component of the University community, envisioning itself as the center of excellence in student’s counseling services and school counselor training for the region and beyond.
Mission
The CGCO aims to utilize counseling in terms of services and training to aid in the transformation of the student through their of psychological and emotional well-being, for a life of excellence, spirituality, and citizenship.
It also aims to promote development of the school counseling profession in the city and region.
In the context of this general mission, the CGCO commits itself:
